titleWhat is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of protection to ensure the security of Rivet accounts beyond just a username and password. Two-factor authentication is enabled via a user's Profile page. When two-factor authentication is enabled for a Rivet account the user will sign in with a username and password. A random Verification Code is emailed to the user. Rivet will then display a Two-Factor Auth Validation page where the user enters the verification code. Rivet then logs the user in.

User groups are logical grouping of users based on user attributes.

  • Users may be assigned manually to groups or maybe grouped logically via tags.

  • Users groups may be assigned to tasks, as opposed to individual users.

  • When a user group is assigned to a campaign, workflow, or task, only one member of the group is required and allowed to complete the assigned tasks.

Tag functionality is available for Enterprise campaigns.

Tags are used to associate users to user groups based on common attributes.

During the creation of an Enterprise campaign tags are added to the campaign.

Users are assigned to a logical group by applying the tag(s) to one or more users.

A blueprint is a pre-configured campaign, task, or module that a user can open, edit, configure, assign to users, and publish to save the time required to develop and publish a new campaign.

titleHow does task or module approval work?

Task approval enables the assignment of users to task approval tiers whereby task answers or uploads may be approved or rejected (for correction).

The task Approval box is below the task Configure box.

Select Add Tier to add an approval tier. You may add additional approval tiers.

After adding a tier, click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the tier. You may assign approval users or you may delete the approval tier.

Module approval is similar to task approval. Module approvals are not enabled until the tasks within a module are completed to include task approvals.

After completing the configuration of the campaign, click the Publish Campaign button on the top right of the Campaign Builder.

From the Rivet Board tab click the View Report icon to the right of the campaign whose data or files you wish to download.

To filter by assignments, modules, or tasks, click 'Add an assignment', 'Add a module', or Add a task'.

Click the Download button and select PDF, HTML, Downloaded Files or Excel to download answers.

In the Task Quick View grid select View Quick Info to download files that were uploaded for a specific task assignment.
