When a campaign is assigned to you, everything you need to complete the campaign can be found in your Rivet inbox. Navigate to the inbox by clicking on Inbox in the top menu. The number next to the Inbox tab shows the number of active tasks assigned to you.
The left sidebar of the Rivet inbox displays your assigned campaigns. If you have access to multiple accounts, campaigns are separated by account.
Filter tasks by All, Account, Campaign, or User Group
Click an account to filter for the tasks associated with that account.
Click a single campaign to filter for the tasks associated with that campaign.
Click a User Group to filter for tasks assigned to the User Group.
Status filters are located below the accounts on the left side of the page. Click a status to filter assigned tasks by that status
Active: Tasks that are not completed, including tasks that are pending approval (including rejected tasks).
Completed: Tasks that are completed
At Risk: Active tasks that will be Overdue if not completed within the next 2 days and the due date
Overdue: Active tasks that are not completed by the day after their due date
Pending Approval: Completed tasks that require approval and have not been approved.
Rejected: Completed tasks that require approval and were rejected by the approver. Rejected tasks must be corrected and resubmitted for approval.
