Individual: best suited for reporting and managing activities of individual users.
Enterprise: best suited for reporting and managing groups of users.
Entity: best suited for enabling a single user to initiate multiple iterations of the same campaign.
User groups are logical grouping of users based on user attributes.
Users may be assigned manually to groups or maybe grouped logically via tags.
Users groups may be assigned to tasks, as opposed to individual users.
When a user group is assigned to a campaign, workflow, or task, only one member of the group is required and allowed to complete the assigned tasks.
Tag functionality is available for Enterprise campaigns.
Tags are used to associate users to user groups based on common attributes.
During the creation of an Enterprise campaign tags are added to the campaign.
Users are assigned to a logical group by applying the tag(s) to one or more users.
Examples of user groups
Vendors by department
New hires by facility
