If you are a Member-level user Rivet will open your membership and take you to your Inbox. In the Inbox you may complete assigned tasks.
If you are a Staff, Administrative, or Owner-level user Rivet will open your membership and take you to your Rivet Board. From the Rivet Board you may manage campaign activity.
Consider recommending or requiring users to create their new membership using their email address as their username. This will make it easier for users to remember their username.
Existing users cannot manually create new user memberships for prospective users.
When a user is unable to receive the Password Reset emails, remind them that their username may or may not be their email address.
Navigate to Rivet online at http://myrivet.traversesystems.com.
Rivet will display the Login page.
Enter a Username and Password.
Click the LOGIN button.
