  • Existing users invite prospective users via Rivet.

Tip

Green panels indicate recommended practicesBefore creating an invitation for a prospective user, consider which choice below makes the most sense for the new member:

  • Invite the new user to Rivet immediately, even if they will have no assignments when they create their membership and login.

  • Configure the invitation to be held by Rivet and sent only when an assignment becomes available for the new user.

Note

Existing users cannot manually create new user memberships for prospective users.
