Invite New or Existing Users to Rivet Account
Adding users to your Rivet organization account is done through invitation only.
Existing users invite prospective users via Rivet.
In order for a user to complete tasks in Rivet, they must create a Rivet user membership.
Before creating an invitation for a prospective user, consider which choice below makes the most sense for the new member:
Invite the new user to Rivet immediately, whereby they will have no assignments when they create their membership and login.
Configure the invitation for Rivet to hold it for the user until they receive a task or approval assignment.
Existing users cannot manually create new user memberships for prospective users.
When a user is unable to receive the Password Reset emails, remind them that their username may or may not be their email address.
