When a campaign is assigned to you, everything you need to complete the campaign can be found in your Rivet inbox. Navigate to the inbox by clicking on Inbox in the top menu. The number next to the Inbox tab shows the number of active (pending completion) tasks assigned to you. | |||||

Delegation options are dependent upon unique configuration settings for each task. As a result, delegation options may be different for each task in the Inbox. |

Don’t forget about tasks that were placed in an On Hold status. They will not appear in the Active status area until they are manually placed back in Active status. |
Inbox Left Column
Tasks in the Inbox left column are grouped by status, by account, by campaign, by campaign iteration.
Task Statuses table
Active | Uncompleted tasks |
Complete | Completed tasks (including approvals) |
At Risk | Uncompleted tasks that are within 2 days of the Due Date |
Overdue | Uncompleted tasks with current date past the Due Date |
Pending Approval | Uncompleted tasks with that are waiting for one or more approvals |
Rejected | An approval that was rejected |
On Hold | |
Delegated |
Active tasks are uncompleted tasks that are assigned to the Inbox user.
Active tasks may be delegated if the Inbox user is authorized to delegate.
Delegating a task reassigns the task to another user.
