  • Delegate Inbox Tasks

    • The Inbox provides functionality beyond filtering, sorting, and completing tasks.

    • Campaigns, Campaign Iterations (Assignments), and Tasks may be delegated.

    • Campaign Iterations (Assignments), and Tasks may be placed in an On Hold status for later completion.

    Delegation options are dependent upon unique configuration settings for each task. As a result, delegation options may be different for each task in the Inbox.

    Don’t forget about tasks that were placed in an On Hold status. They will not appear in the Active status area until they are manually placed back in Active status.

    Inbox Left Column

    Tasks in the Inbox left column are grouped by status, by account, by campaign, by campaign iteration.

    Task Statuses table

    Active

    Uncompleted tasks

    Complete

    Completed tasks (including approvals)

    At Risk

    Uncompleted tasks that are within 2 days of the Due Date

    Overdue

    Uncompleted tasks with current date past the Due Date

    Pending Approval

    Uncompleted tasks with that are waiting for one or more approvals

    Rejected

    An approval that was rejected

    On Hold

     

    Delegated

    Active tasks are uncompleted tasks that are assigned to the Inbox user.

    Active tasks may be delegated if the Inbox user is authorized to delegate.

    Delegating a task reassigns the task to another user.
