A.    Minor Release Items

1. Not All Rules Included Inbox or Campaign Assignments for Recipients (RIV-1533)

This development ticket to add Inbox Assignments and Campaign Top-Level assignment to assignment drop-down options in the Campaign Builder was expanded to include assignment rules in all appropriate locations.

This ticket was split into two tickets. One in this release and the next in a future release. The following assignment rules were included in this release:

·       Campaign, Module, and Task level rule assignments

·       Task Field Level Rules

2. An approver has to re-approve all tasks after rejecting one, or more, tasks (RIV-1600)

Fix versions 2023.03.23

Approvers must only re-approve rejected and resubmitted tasks.

When the rejection is completed and the user completes the changes and it lands back in the approvers bucket, the original approvals are retained and the rejected tasks are indicated, allowing the approver to approve or reject again.

Task approval steps have not changed from previous releases.

The new module approval process follows.

·       Task and module-level approvals will display in the Approvals page grid as they have previously.

·       Click the Name link to select an approval to view.

·       Rivet will display the approval page for the selected approval.

·       Click on each task in the Tasks column, individually, review the contents of the task, then

o   Click Mark Task for Approval to approve the task,

o   Click Mark Task for Rejection to reject the task.

o   For rejected tasks enter task rejection details in the Reject Task dialogue box that appears and click the Save button.

·       Click the Submit button on the upper right of the page to submit the tasks.

o   Approved tasks are not submitted back to the Inbox of the user that completed the tasks.

o   Rejected tasks are submitted back to the Inbox.

When the Inbox user receives the rejected task back in their Inbox, the user makes the necessary changes and clicks the Complete Task button.

 Rivet will send the module approval back through the original approval tier(s).

The module approval will include all the module tasks.

·       The previously approved tasks will have a checkmark to their left.

·       The previously rejected tasks will have no icon to their left.

The approver(s) must evaluate the unapproved task and determine whether to approve it or reject it again.

3. Able to delete sandbox campaign regardless of child records (RIV-1583)
Fix versions 2023.04.11

There were scenarios where clearing answers does not clear all data associated with the assignments. This causes a failure in either publishing, deleting, or saving. This required the assignments to be deleted in order to ensure all data was deleted. Now, simply clearing answers will delete the necessary data.

 There is no procedural change to clearing answers.

4. Added code to add task assignments when user is set to campaign assignable. (RIV-1659)
Fix versions 2023.03.06

Added code to add task item assignments for a user if they are flipped from None to Campaign assignable.

There is no procedural change for configuring a user as campaign assignable or not.
