A.    Major Release Items

1. Rivet Browser App Users and External Email Approvers Need to Be Able to Add Comments When Approving Tasks. (RIV-1757)

Rivet now captures comments for approved Approval requests. The process is the same as current rejected Approvals.

If there are no Approval comments, the task or module approval proceeds as it does now. When comments are added to an approved Approval request, they are added to the task or module and are visible per the scenarios below:

B. Minor Release Items

1. Rivet Presents Rejection Comments in Different Inbox > Task Area Places Based on the Approval Source (RIV-1758)

All Approval comments, rejected and approved, via external email links or Rivet app approvals page are displayed at the top of the Inbox task page (refer to previous release item graphics).

2. Move Learning Center to Confluence (RIV-1700)

The Learning Center button on the top of all Rivet pages now links to the new Rivet Learning Center.

C.    Bug Fixes

1. Do Not Allow Due Dates (Timeline) to be Backdated (RIV-1743)

For Individual and Enterprise campaign types, Rivet will not allow Due Dates to be the current day’s date or earlier.
