1. Open Platform Trouble Inquiry from Vision.

The Trouble Numbers on the Trouble grids will now be linkable to the Platform.

2. Prorate the Shipment Cost for Header and Detail.

Prior to this change, if the RR Header had weight, but the RR Detail did not, the Shipment Cost would only be calculated for the RR Header. With this change, the process will also continue to check the RR Detail to see if weight has been populated, and then calculate the Shipment Cost.

C. Bug Fixes

1. Dept Group not filtering properly when User Setting is set.

If the user specified a Dept Group, it could filter the data even when the Filter Control was not visible.
