Release notes include new Major Features, Minor Features, and Bug Fixes

 What Changed

A. Major Release Items

  1. Modify Rivet generated PDF Reports (RIV-686)
    Enhancements to Rivet native reports including campaign and Rivet board reports are below.

    • Font is black Lato.
    • Font sizes
    o Campaign Name - 18 bold
    o Assignment/Module -16 bold
    o Primary label, Task name, field name and group - 14 bold
    o Completed date, Approved date – 12

    • Campaign header aligned top left with account logo on the right. Header includes:
    o Account name
    o Campaign Name
    o Initiator for entity campaign
    o Assignment Name
    o Assignment Number for entity campaign
    o Primary & Secondary Label for entity campaign

    • Repeat account/camp/assignment per iteration.
    • Start iterations on new page.
    • Left justify assignment and labels.
    • Approved status is a green badge.
    • Task badge - Completed or Not Completed.
    • Module header is left justified.
    • Added module approved information.
    • Add “Module ‘#’: module name”.
    • Changed dates to 7/6/2023 format.
    • Changed task name to “Task ‘#’: taskname”
    • Change field name to: “F’#’: Fieldname: <Answer>.”
    • Hide unanswered report fields.
    • For multi-choice checkbox, leave answer on field name line unless multiple selected (bring down to new line for each).
    • Task is Completed or Not Completed.
    • Approval – based on last tier. Pending Approval or Approved with Date by User.
    • Approval - show current tier. When approved, show Approved, otherwise Pending Approval.
    • Added clickable link in front of file name.
    • Unassigned tasks are not shown,
    • Fields do not break across pages in the middle of a field answer. In this case, fields are moved to the next page.
    • Show Download task name.

  2. Notifications Tab - Provide the ability to delete all/read all (RIV-1096)

    In the Notifications page, there are two new action buttons, Mark Page Read and Delete Page. The notifications page now includes the following buttons:
    • Mark All Read (This button will auto open all line items as read which reduces the count in the top navigation bar - filter applies)
    • Mark Page Read (This button will auto open all line items on page as read which reduces the count in the top navigation bar - filter applies)
    • Delete All (This button will auto delete all notifications - filter applies)
    • Delete Page (This button will auto delete all notifications on current page - filter applies)
    • The action buttons apply to existing filters in the notifications grid.

    B. Minor Release Items

  3. Additional Information Added to Approved and Rejected Emails (RIV-1716 and RIV-1695)

    Notifications were enhanced to include the items below:
    • Task Rejection
    o User/Group assigned to the task
    o User who previously approved task

    • Task Approval
    User/Group assigned to the task
    • Module Rejection
    o User/Group assigned to the tasks in the module
    The users/group will only see the tasks in the module they were assigned to. Not ALL tasks in the module
    o User who previously approved the module

    • Module Approval
    o User/Group assigned to the tasks in the module
    o Note: The users/group will only see the tasks in the module they were assigned to. Not ALL tasks in the module

    • Approval Tier
    o Task Approval
    o Task Rejection
    o Module Approval
    o Module Rejection

    • Approver User/Group information is displayed for Task Approval, Task Rejection, Module Approval, and Module Rejection
    o Assigned User

  4. Tasks listed in a module approval begin with lowercase letters (RIV-1713)
    Tasks listed in module approvals now begin with an uppercase character.

  5. The campaign type name Reoccurring changed to Recurring. (RIV-1712)

  6. Changed username length to allow for 3 characters to match TS Auth (RIV-1752)

C. Bug Fixes

  1. Error in Daily Notifications preventing reports from going out (RIV-1759)

  • No labels
