What’s Changed:

Added Additional Columns to PO Search

In VIS-63, additional columns were added to the PO Search Screen. The new columns are: First RR Date, First ASN Date, ASN Cartons, Routing Request Cartons, Trouble Indicator and Rivet Campaign Indicator. The Trouble Indicator and the Rivet Campaign Indicator are for future use once the Trouble and Rivet integrations are complete.

• These new columns will have to be “made visible” by the Company Admin(s).

Added Additional Columns to PO Summary By Site

In VIS-222, additional columns were added to the PO Summary by Site gird on the PO Detail screen in addition to the PO Summary Group By Aggregate Flex Query.

ASN Jobs changed to use Queues

In VIS-383, the ASN data load and post processing jobs were changed to use Queues.

Changed PO Summary to utilize Receipt Summary data

In VIS-407, the PO Summary post process was changed to utilize Receipt Summary data. When a PO has a Receipt Summary record, the PO is considered to be in “In DC” status.

Changed PO Summary to calculate Cost and Retail using PO Store values

In VIS-434, the PO Summary post process was changed to correctly handle the Cost and Retail values on the PO Store (in addition to the PO Item).
