There are 8 possible Inbox Assignment scenarios that Member-level Inbox Assignment Users May See When Assigning an Inbox Task
Inbox Assignment scenarios are configured at field-level.
Restrictions are only available for fields that support rules:
In the Campaign Builder users may restrict Inbox Assignment for Member-level users. Restrictions are available for Companies, Departments, and a Departments-only Inbox Assignment option.
Inbox Assignment Restriction Definitions
Selection | Inbox Assignment Restriction for Member-Level User |

Restrict Company Selection For Members? | Inbox user may only select a company in which they are a member, in order to assign that company to a task, module, or approval tier. |
Restrict Department Selection For Members? | Inbox user may only select a department in which they are a member, in order to assign that department to a task, module, or approval tier. |
