1. Fixed bug deleting a Flex Query attached to an Alert.

Fixed a bug that allowed the user to delete a Flex Query that was attached to an Alert. Now when you delete a Flex Query that is attached to an Alert, the Alert Subscription will also be Deleted.

2. Apply User Settings - Not working for multiple values.

Fixed a bug that would show no data if the user had multiple Departments specified in their User Settings.
